Great service from all involved at Premier Comfort Services this week. My AC went out right after I left on a flight and a tech was able to get to my home the next day to figure out the issue. Jared was the initial contact who stayed a VERY long time working with a friend (& with me on a speakerphone) to diagnose the issue. He left & came back with a portable AC unit to try and cool down my home for my fur babies. It was 93° with 50% humidity INSIDE my home. Chris did a thorough inspection in order to incorporate all concerns into a replacement system Look fwd to the completed project ! On a return visit James did an excellent job installing a new larger intake vent cover.
O’Neil was amazing! He took his time, answered all my questions, and explained everything so clearly. I’m really happy we made the switch to Premier Comfort Services Inc. from our old AC company. Highly recommend!
James was excellent and caring. Assisting and informing my 84yr old stepdad with information and loan set up procedures. James went above and beyond on a personal level. Giving him a thermostat with bigger numbers James and Kenny worked tirelessly in 100 degree weather installing the new AC unit. They were both professional and diligent in their work. I would highly recommend their services
The whole experience was great ! Chris and James were great very honest about any issues there was and very nice people to talk to. I would recommend them to everyone who needs any of there services they provide. They are very clean with the work they do no messes. James was a good part for helping very informative with anything that would happen. 10/10 great Job to Chris and James!
