Great service from all involved at Premier Comfort Services this week. My AC went out right after I left on a flight and a tech was able to get to my home the next day to figure out the issue. Jared was the initial contact who stayed a VERY long time working with a friend (& with me on a speakerphone) to diagnose the issue. He left & came back with a portable AC unit to try and cool down my home for my fur babies. It was 93° with 50% humidity INSIDE my home. Chris did a thorough inspection in order to incorporate all concerns into a replacement system Look fwd to the completed project ! On a return visit James did an excellent job installing a new larger intake vent cover.

Had O’Neal at my house today and could not be happier! Great service and communication. Came to service my interior and exterior ac unit and was transparent with every action. Explained very well what was going on and did not hold back to provide me with information about my ac system.
