Very professional, called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. Service on a Saturday within 2 hours, much appreciated! Their tech named Jason Smith was outstanding. Very satisfied.
Chris did a thorough inspection in order to incorporate all concerns into a replacement system Look fwd to the completed project ! On a return visit James did an excellent job installing a new larger intake vent cover. Mahendra did a great job on this maintenance check. Filter was replaced, he suggested I add a UV light to interior of my evaporator unit to curb mold growth.
When I called their office for service, I didn't get an automated system, instead, a nice woman answered the phone and said, "Hello, what can I do to make you smile today?" I was sold at that point. Hammad and the gentleman he was training were super nice, however, I was charged an extreme amount for the replacement of an overflow shutoff switch.
