I am not usually one to ever make bad reviews but this place did a horrible job on my nails I showed an inspo picture that was probably the easiest set of nails ever, no design, no color, just white acrylic nails with stiletto shape, and somehow I ended up with short nails that were bulky and way wider than my actual nail bed, so much so that it was painful and when I came back to get a refund, they gave me a bit of a hard time, at first they were trying to fix the nails for free but I said I just wanted a full refund and to... read more
Tom has consistently done a fantastic job on my fill-ins. His precision and attention to detail are top notch!! Very pleased!
DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. They seemed to cater to the walk-ins first. I had booked 2 appointments in advance so that my daughter and I could get our nails done before our vacation. When we got there, two technicians were on staff helping other clients. We had to wait 20 minutes and then they only had space for one of us. I wasn't able to get my nails done even though they took my deposit money that I had to pay to book the appointments. Very frustrating.
