It's really frustrating that this is the best cable testing equipment the industry has to offer. Their software is trash tier buggy and has cost me countless hours of frustration and wasted time. Some of their design choices seem aimed at making their customers lives more difficult with no upside such as the recessed USB port on the HVA28.
They are pretty much considered “industry standard” equipment in my field. That said, their customer service and support staff is phenomenal. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. If you have a choice on equipment, choose HV stuff. -HVA60 -HVA68 -PD Set -Digi-Bridge
