After a collision with a TURKEY,( yes you read that right) and having "just" purchased my vehicle, I was more than upset. This establishment went above and beyond the entire process. I cannot say enough positive things about customer service, timely repair and the amazing job these folks did. They certainly did an amazing job.
Caliber made the repair process easy and stress free from handling everything with insurance to keeping me updated on all stages of my vehicles repair. My claim was handled by Brandon who was very professional and quick in getting my car in and beginning the repair process. Brandon being out on vacation once repairs were completed, I was contacted by the service advisor Rachel to let me know my vehicle was finished and ready for pick up.
