Bad customer service
This company was recommended to me by citizens advice they called me to arrange. A suitable time to call out which was on a Monday I waited in all day only to receive a phone call saying the engineer had to work on a gas pipe as it was leaking which is understandable and acceptable. They said they will contact me soon to arrange another appointment a week went by. I got in touch with the citizens advice saying they haven’t bothered. Absolute cowboys, had nothing but issues. Constant lies and cut every corner.
Rude staff, Jake the plumber bullied my mum in her own house, I called the office on her behalf and Jan blamed my mum for Jake’s behaviour. Be careful letting cowboys like these in your home as they won’t have any respect for you or your house
