Went in to get a root canal after working on it for 15-20 minutes he decided my tooth was not going to be strong enough and suggested pulling it at that point! Well I left there with no packing or stitches! Well 6 days later I was in so much pain i went to another dentist and I had dry socket! He left all the nerves exsposed!!!! Then the lady at the front desk asked if I could pay with cash? NO!

Admin very unhelpful and unprofessional. Made an appointment for a broken tooth and was told that they may or may not verify my insurance prior to my appointment. I said that my insurance needs to be verified prior to any work being done. I was told if I didn't like the answer I could look for a dentist elsewhere. Which I did

I had a very disappointing experience due to poor communication with the secretary at the Denton office. She was rude, unhelpful, and even hung up the phone more than four times while I was desperately trying to speak with the doctor to get help for my husband, who was suffering from severe tooth pain. Her behavior was unethical, her customer service was extremely poor, and she failed to provide any helpful information. This is the best dentist !! Everyone is loving and comforting, very affordable if you have no insurance. No up pays just good work I had root canal and crown. Very impressive it feels AWESOME 🤩 This place is super clean and quality dentistry!
