Dr Nguyen was very pleasant and helpful. He carefully answered all of our questions and concerns and gave us guidance to follow going forward. He even called us back to let us know that he found that a lab test he had suggested had actually been done previously so did not need to be done again. We appreciated his efforts and attention.
