Instant service, repaired my watch I was told was unrepairable by blowing dust out of it…. Extremely pleasant, very good service and no charge for fixing what “couldn’t be fixed”… I’ll go back for all my jewelry and watch services… small town incredible!!
Great customer service every single time. Anytime I need something done to my watch, this is my spot. Fast and the price is always right. They know their watches.
Over charged me for a chain repair, and the repair was so terrible, that I just paid to have it properly fixed. Save your time and money, don't go here. Very upsetting to find that's how they do business.
One of the worst customer experiences I've had the gentleman who was there was very rude and pushy.
