Compared to the last company I used, this HVAC technician was more thorough in explaining the maintenance process and identified a minor issue that was overlooked previously. The entire visit took a little over an hour, and he ensured all components were cleaned properly before leaving.

After the technician finished cleaning the A/C vents in just over an hour, I noticed a significant improvement in airflow throughout the house. This was more thorough than previous service visits, as they even took the time to inform me about better maintenance practices.
The installation of the thermostat wrapped up in about an hour and overall went smoothly, although I would have appreciated a bit more explanation on how to use some of the advanced features. They were patient during the process but left quicker than expected once it was done.
