Huxley is an exceptional building with a strong sense of community. The staff is outstanding, with Aaron and Alex consistently available and supportive. The building is beautifully designed, and the amenities are thoughtfully curated, with the rooftop and its private cabanas being a particular highlight. My wife and I recognized the quality of Huxley from the outset, which led us to purchase two penthouse units in the building. We have been here since 2024.
Maintenance and repairs were consistently delayed, leaving issues unresolved for extended periods.
Condominium complex's noise level was unbearable due to thin walls.
Apartment is exquisite, very modern. Worked with their repair company (Spectra) and Daniel K. was great, helped us a lot to the very end
