Had a really frustrating experience at Hutts in the fall. We bought a very old house and needed insulated glass for our original doors, I also needed glass for a frame. I was greeted by two women, one of which was kind, and the other who appeared older was very rude and dismissive. I came in with all available measurements and they insisted that they needed to know the unit measurement of the glass, which did not exist.
