I purchased a used Fiat 500 from Huttons after finding the car on Autotrader. My main communications were with Ian Cattermole, who made the whole process very easy, from organising the test drive date to buying the car. Ian made me feel welcome, clearly had a great deal of knowledge when explaining the process which made me feel comfortable and reassured and he also had a fab sense of humour and made us laugh continuously throughout the transaction. I would definitely recommend Fiat Huttons, and in particular Ian, thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr Ian Cattermole at Fiat Weston-super-Mare. He had initially shown interest in purchasing my vehicle through Carwow, but from the start, he made the process unnecessarily difficult. As it was my first time using Carwow, I had expected some guidance and reassurance — unfortunately, I received neither. Excellent service. We bought a new Fiat based campervan a couple of weeks ago and contacted Huttons to get an extended warranty. They were extremely helpful and patient. They subsequently emailed us about a factory recall and then fitted us in at very short notice so we could get it done before taking the campervan abroad on holiday. Fantastic customer service, we're looking forward to them looking after us for years to come.
