Excellent service. We bought a new Fiat based campervan a couple of weeks ago and contacted Huttons to get an extended warranty. They were extremely helpful and patient. They subsequently emailed us about a factory recall and then fitted us in at very short notice so we could get it done before taking the campervan abroad on holiday. Fantastic customer service, we're looking forward to them looking after us for years to come.
We arrived for a double recall process with our Motorhome. Although we had told everyone that we had an A class, when we arrived, after a 75 min journey, we were told they didn’t have the facilities to do one of the recalls. They also said that they wouldn’t do the other one as they “wouldn’t get paid” unless they did both. We asked how much for us to pay for the one recall but they wouldn’t give us a price. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting David today who bought my car. He is incredibly nice and friendly and having spoken with a member of his team previously (Ian) I can confidently say these are traits that all members of staff have at Huttons.
