I was a repeat customer and used this business before and was satisfied with their work. I called to schedule an appointment for some new work and was given a date and time frame. After rescheduling due to request from Hutton, we had a new date and time frame. That date came and went with nobody showing up and no phone call. I called and left a voicemail asking to return my call to reschedule or to find out what happened. That call, and a number of subsequent calls were never returned. We've used Hutton for a series of rooms that needed to be painted over the years. Recently, we bought a new house and wanted to paint a bunch of rooms before moving in. We also wanted to paint and touch up some areas in the old house before listing. It was a very tight schedule and they pulled it all off, working over weekends, and it's wonderful! Always on schedule and responsive and I've found them to be very candid on price and what's reasonable within a time frame. Very professional.
Don't even bother contacting them - they gave me the most outrageous quote that I've ever seen from any contractor. If you're not sure what your project costs, get other quotes because I'd imagine that they have no problem doing this to just about anybody. Thankfully, I knew what the appropriate price range should be and questioned them on it, where they chose not to respond again.
