Terrible firm to work with as a seller dealing with the buyers attorney. Home closed on Tuesday 10 March, 2026 and was told funds had been wired. Contacted each day to get a confirmation that funds were submitted or get the IMAD for the wire and got nothing in return. Contacted on Friday to see if I could get any update as to the delay and I was told that the attorney would eventually contact me. As a seller, if your buyer is using this agency, I would suggest you refuse to work with this office.
Hutton is always a great partner. Everyone is always willing to help even outside business hours when we really need them. I'll work with them every opportunity I get. 5*****

AVOID!! Very unhelpful, rude , doesn’t care about clients just themselves!!! Go anywhere but here!! Trust me, this place is a disgrace should not have anything to do with helping people in any Real Estate situation!!! They won’t even answer phone when 1/2 hour before closing for the day! But actually even if they did wouldn’t mean anything, they won’t do anything to help !!
