Lived in a 3 bedroom townhome for 3 years - I have nothing but positive experiences. The maintenance and leasing team are fantastic and responsive to the few issues we ever had. I ended up needing to end my final year earlier and they were great a facilitating a sublease so I wasn't on the hook for my remaining lease. My cats tore up the carpet pretty bad and I was prepared to lose the majority of my security deposit-- shockingly I received the majority of it back!
