I had a truly exceptional customer service experience with Jose and Oscar on the phone today. Both were clear, calm, and empathetic, and I hung up with the rare feeling of being treated like a real person by representatives of a busy hospitality entity. I won't forget it.

We hosted a work offsite here and were absolutely delighted. The Carriage House was lovely, the rooms were well-appointed and comfortable and the overall experience was excellent. Holly and her team did a great job coordinating our event. A special shout out to River Pavilion's food and beverage - one of the best pieces of steak I've had in years!

So… today is my fathers 65th birthday and I recommended for them to come here for the live jazz since my dad is a fanatic. My parents were greeted by a very nice guy and then things quickly turned. My mother walked up to the bar to order, she waited till a bartender was done with her customers to approach her. My mom asked what the frozen drinks were, she told her what the flavors were (not what they were alcoholic wise) and walked away. She started cleaning then helped other customers very happily.
