We stumbled on Hutton Brickyard when we were in need of lodging for a concert we were attending in Kingston. I could not have been more surprised or thrilled with the experience. We dined at the Riverfront Restaurant before check in. Maddie was our server and was PHENOMENAL. She was so kind, personable, and informative. There’s a lot to love about Hutton Brickyards! The property is gorgeous, felt like we were in a Bridgerton setting on the well manicured mansion grounds. The Empire State Trail runs through the 100 acre property so you don’t have to drive. An easy trip from NYC (though ubers are scarce if you take the train/bus) and easy for groups looking to enjoy nature. Beautiful weekend at Hutton Brickyards! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic. Great cocktails, delicious food. The cauliflower appetizer was amazing. The room (cottage) was tastefully decorated and perfect for our stay. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. Loved getting up and having coffee (Nespresso - nice!) on the little porch. We visited the mansion which looks luxurious and elegant. Maybe one day! Had a gorgeous escape from NYC. Will go again!
