Amazing facility! Highly recommended!
It’s too bad that turnover is high at Family Physicians. The prior receptionist was kind and very accommodating but not the one there now. She is nasty and condescending with absolutely no regard for anyone but herself. I was 5 minutes late for an appt (due to a misunderstanding on the time) and she acted ridiculously. I don’t recommend this office and I’ve been a patient for over 10 years. No longer.
This place is awesome. The front end staff are witty and very professional. Arriving 15 minutes prior to my appointment time as a new patient really made things go smooth.
Dr Huttner is wonderful. That said, her office staff could use some re-education. My first prescription was called into a Rite Aid in Point Place. I live in Sylvania township and had requested the pharmacy at Kroger on Bancroft and Holland Sylvania. Happily, the pharmacist at Rite Aid called me to see if there were some mistake and faxed the script to Kroger. This time they still had the Rite Aid listed, but I gave them the correct pharmacy and she said they would call it in and contact me when it had been sent. No Calls and... read more
