Terrible customer service! We ordered Windsor windows and doors for our entire home over 9 months ago. One of the windows arrived with a damaged frame. We have been emailing and calling for months and they refuse to replace the window or refund for us for the damaged window. We ordered Windsor windows prior to Woodgrain buying the company and never had issues. Woodgrain ruined Windsor! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
