Have insurance w Hutt (Bad choice) Absolutely terrible and burdensome. When I called the insurance after my hot water heater burst and ruined my walls and heater/airconditioning unit, clothes, etc., after being a customer since 1987, an adjuster came out, seemed to be very interested in seeing everything repaired. This happened on Julyt 9th. In the meantime, I had renters there and nothing was fixed or even dealt with. Love their little Lynn Haven office A friend recommended I call Caressa, the manager, when State Farm dropped my home insurance. I've never really been a fan of insurance, but I may be changing my view. They were so nice, and so patient. The office is very cozy, and in just a few minutes, I walked out with a pretty good savings. what a relief I had my insurance for years with a nice local bunch, but they sold out to a bank and are horrible now. I called these folks looking to get back to some hometown attention. They saved me $600 on my house, so I called back on my cars. Saved me another hundred bucks. Not only that, they actually returned my call, and get this: no phone menus or dead end voice mail.
Insurance I called this Insurance company one time to get a price on car Insurance, they were rude, saying they do not take new customers, I then ask if they carry house insurance and she told me very rudely that if they do not take new clients for car insurance why would they take new people for house insurance. i feld she was rude and i would never tell anyone about this place.
