Ordered my son the Ludlum gift hamper. There was one item I knew he wouldn't really like, so I messaged them. No problem. Whitney very kindly went above and beyond to provide a substitution. Good value and my son loved the hamper.
Amazing service & quality. I ordered the Hinemoa - beautiful pinks & mauves at 7am & they were delivered by about 11.50am the same day. My sister-in-law loved them & sent me a picture. Great quality flowers, smelt divine, she said. I don't understand some of the poor reviews on here & glad I ignored them. Would definitely order from them again.
The team helped deliver a bouquet to a funeral service within a crazy turnaround, and were so helpful and thoughtful. Thank you!!
Had problems with delivery, which they fixed after I called. And the flowers don’t look like what I ordered. Not very happy, and pretty underwhelming.
