My Zero Turn Mower went in for a quick winter service...the right handle was acting funny too. Well, it ended up being a HUGE issue (Under warranty) but they would have my mower for a long time. I asked for a loaner so I could get my leaves chopped up before snow! They delivered! Great unit that was similar/better than mine. I was able to complete my work and got my mower back just before snowflakes fell! Great service!
