Not happy that they performed repairs without my authorization and they were upset with me for picking up my own property. I'd be very careful dealing with this company.
We received great customer service that exceeded our expectations from the parts dept, sales dept and delivery. All of the above provided great service. We are completely satisfied with the performance and perfectly designed John Deere Z330R. It’s a great investment!
Once they get you to buy the product, they have very poor customer service. Very difficult to get anyone on the phone. The workers are careless and not mindful that people are spending thousands on their products so we expect to be valued and treated with good customer service.
