Driver never came to my door to make sure he had the right mower. I didn't sign anything and I don't even know if it was him. You call the business to leave a voicemail and when you click the option to leave a voicemail it shuts the call off. If I don't hear back tonight on this I'll be filing a police report for a stolen mower. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT use this company. They did take the mower without knocking on my door and this issue could have been avoided had their driver made that attempt. To let me know he was here for ... read more

My lawn mower would not start. They came and picked it up for me. Fixed it and brought it back. Knowledgeable service techs. Great service. Would recommend. Love my John Deere mower and compact tractor. Both bought at Hutson.
