inexperienced technicians cause me to have my truck towed to another dealership to have the problem corrected huge waste of time and money. a technician should not say they know how to do something and screw it up on a brand new vehicle to where it has to be towed out of John Deere and brought to another dealership to be corrected totally incompetent by all standards.
