My inital encounters were great at Hutson's. I brought my tractor in for simple service and it went down hill from there. I brought in my tractor in for simple service like fluid type change and take care of a couple issues. It took way too long for the service needed. they told me they had "looked at it" as if the service had begun. Then called me back asking me about details. I'm concerned about issues in the future and warranty services.

They keep my Gator going. Usually service it annually. Recently had a clutch that needed to be repaired. Speedy service and now it runs smoothly.
Great equipment at a reasonable price.
