Amazing experience!
Dropped a mower off, they quited me 900.00. Said it would be done Monday morning. I called Monday morning and was told it wasn't done, they would call Monday afternoon. They never called so I called Tuesday morning. Got pit on hold for 29 minutes, hung up and called back. They argued with me about if I was actually on hold, then finally told me my mower wasn't done and need another 700.00 wotlrth of work. Bought my 870 in. 2016. First real trouble in all this time. Service dept prompt in handling my problem even though they had most of the bays filled with larger more expensive units.
