I have been taking my two vehicles to Hutson for a few years, A Dodge and Smart car, very different, service, Brakes, Fluid changes, have always been Great.
Took my car here for post buy inspection and they were done in an hour and i was on my eay with peace of mind
Stinking place replaced my cabin filter with out permission and charged me a pretty penny to do it. Went in for oil change. Asked if I wanted tires rotated - I declined and said to just change the oil, this was acknowledged. Lied to me and said cabin filter was extremely dirty - only thing is, I had just recently changed the cabin filter myself. Charged me premium price for filter and of course additional labor costs. I guess my definition of an honest business is different.
Wonderful experience! Ever have one of those days? I accidentally made an appt elsewhere, walked into Hutson Automotive thinking I had an appt, was greeted with kindness, respect, AND they fit me in! That's great service!! Thank you!!
