We are a current tenant with Hutkin at one of their buildings in the Westport area. I would like to start by saying that if you can avoid leasing an office/warehouse or whatever else from them please do yourself a favor and do so! Because Hutkin will fix the premises of the location you are about to rent in a lick and stick manner so it can barely pass the inspection and your first walk through.
