Stranded and had to call them they said it'd be done by a certain day it was almost a week later also never called for approval on price ended up paying almost 4k for new synchronizers in a 6 speed they did get the job done but it was outrageous and no courtesy was shown when we asked to split the cost between 2 cards it double charged the credit card fee so we ended up paying actually more than what the estimate showed if you're not in a hurry and you got deep pockets they are ok but I would recommend stay away from this co... read more
Had Hutch's rebuild my wife's transmission in her 2014 Ford Escape. Since then, we have brought it back in two times. The first time I brought it back it started slipping a week afterwards and had to pay $90 for a new "transmission cooler". The second time, it leaked all of it's transmission fluid out due to an "worn gasket". Mind you, we ended up broken down with our two toddlers outside of Moab and had to pay $200 for a tow back into Moab. This is the wort place to bring your car for anything that needs repair! I had my car towed over, and nearly 4 weeks-NOTHING WAS WORKED ON!!! Unbelievable...I finally called the company that was working with me, and they said the technician wasn't sure what the situation was"? Further more, lied about getting the correct part, and being closed without telling me. Avoid this place at all cost. I paid 3,600 for a rebuilt transmission. They told me it was take 4 days max, I got my car back 2 weeks later. After driving it for less than a month, my transmission completely went out again. I lost all gears. What a waste.
