They took great care of us when we stopped in during the middle of a road trip.
Personnel were very friendly and the work was professional and done in a timely manner. Replaced transmission fluid. Thank you
Wouldn’t recommend this shop for transmission or any other automotive repairs. Had this shop replace shift cable, rooster claw in transmission and exhaust leak. Exhaust leak was resolved but other issues they failed. No communication from shop advisor on status of repairs. Had to call daily for updates. Finally pull the plug on this shop since shop advisor was beginning to guess at components. As of now, I brought my truck back home and fixed these issues myself. Hutch's has earned their reputation. They're conscientious and not afraid of hybrids (I've had two serviced there), and do not try to upsell you an anything. Well done!
Routine transmission fluid change, no problem at all, it's a well run shop with a good reputation.
