We purchased a toy hauler from a dealership down south and discovered an issue the same day we bought it. The dealership agreed to cover repair costs, so we contacted Hutch’s for a quote. From the start, their response was dismissive. I was told “you should just return it to the dealership.” we told them we would like to keep it. I recommend Chemo RV for rv repair in Quesnel, Adam doesn't pay his employees enough. A slide out we were working on fell over and could have killed me. He also does not adjust trailer brakes properly. Again, please see Chemo RV for all your rv needs in Quesnel.
Absolutely hands-down the best guys in the business I ended up having work done on my RV ended up way out of town couldn’t get anything running right called them. They found a person in the town that I was at had them come and set everything straight and help me figure everything out, and it wasn’t ana problem on their air. It was customer stupidity by far and I want to thank the guys at Hutch RV very much and forgetting everything straight and helping me out hands-down, the best people in the business.
We were passing through on our way to Valdez, AK and were having problems with our inverter. Turns out our RV house batteries were not wired correctly by the dealership that we bought it from😡. On a Sunday (they’re closed on sundays) I called their emergency numbers and Adam walked me through some trouble shooting. He made us an appointment for the next day.
