We purchased a toy hauler from a dealership down south and discovered an issue the same day we bought it. The dealership agreed to cover repair costs, so we contacted Hutch’s for a quote. From the start, their response was dismissive. I was told “you should just return it to the dealership.” we told them we would like to keep it. After having our unit for 2 weeks we went in to see if a quote was ready. The only “quote” offered with a laugh was "Tell them $15,000" then "tell them $25,000." I recommend Chemo RV for rv repair in Quesnel, Adam doesn't pay his employees enough. A slide out we were working on fell over and could have killed me. He also does not adjust trailer brakes properly. Again, please see Chemo RV for all your rv needs in Quesnel.
