Don’t be pull to their $5 car wash . I end up paying them $100 o my 2 used car wash.
I usually us the oil change place and get a free car wash. Well yesterday I just got a car wash for 25.99$ The wash was ok. However I left my lemonade drink. I noticed the lid was not all the way on. Which was strange. I looked inside it!! And found a dead fly. Only way it got in was by the workers. I still have oil changes so I’ll go!! But will never forget my drink again!! And I’m done tipping the workers
Don’t go here. Horrible customer service - they steal things out of your car. My new winter gloves were on the floor behind my seat and when my car was done they were gone. But... they didn’t take them, I’m the liar for saying they are gone. I asked for a refund and was told it was impossible to give me my money back. I’ll never go there again!! Don’t recommend this place
I dropped my truck off to get washed at Hutch's while I was eating lunch today, then I stopped to get a coffee on the way back to the office and see that someone decided to help themselves to my change jar that was full.... are you freaking kidding me!! How pathetic! Is $5-$10 of change really worth your job!?
Maybe pay attention to the horrible ratings they have here, yellow pages, yelp. everywhere. Why have these tools if you don't want to improve?!
My daughter and I took both of our cars to Hutch's Mission Car Wash 7/30/19. Neither of us had been there in years. We both ordered Full Service Package Wash $30. WORST car wash either of us have had in who knows when?! Things were not wiped off well inside and her car was barely vacuumed. This car wash was tops years ago but for us ... NEVER again.
Over priced. Takes forever. Workers speed around in the cars. Employees are rude. Car was still dirty
My dad went to Hutchs today and they scratched his navigation screen. He asked to speak to the manager and the guy that came out basically said oh well, we didn't do it. After that horrible customer service, the OWNER came out, basically called my dad a liar and said too bad. No apologies, no offers to make it right, just completely disrespectful and rude. We'll never go back there again. Horrible business ethics and customer service by the owner himself.
