Since the former owner passed away and sold the business, things at first were fine as most of the staff stayed on. But that has changed a lot in the past few months. Most of the prior staff have left and the new company is trying to replace people with kiosks to pay when entering. They have raised the prices again and said they plan to yet again, now over $30 for a basic wash. The past two washes didn't get a large bug stain off the windshield.
