Since the former owner passed away and sold the business, things at first were fine as most of the staff stayed on. But that has changed a lot in the past few months. Most of the prior staff have left and the new company is trying to replace people with kiosks to pay when entering. They have raised the prices again and said they plan to yet again, now over $30 for a basic wash. The past two washes didn't get a large bug stain off the windshield. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is a scam, high prices, and you don’t even get your car cleaned on the inside. High-pressure sales by a scumbag with a beard (Josh) He was so rude and condescending when I did not fall for his high-pressure sales and get the membership. What a waste of $ and time. There are many places in Austin that clean inside and outside for much less and do a much better job without the insults. What a concept!!!!!!!!!

Don’t be pull to their $5 car wash . I end up paying them $100 o my 2 used car wash.
