A bit pricey, and people were helpful.
Great selection and very knowledgeable staff especially the older guy there, what an amazing cyclist and not an elitist snob, like the other shops have.
Definitely wouldn't recommend hutch's. Two members of the staff are decent and rest are pretty bad. If you want parts at a reasonable price shop online and if you need any bike help go on youtube. I bought parts that were missing the hardware and they won't return them and charged for the hardware. I want to support bike shops but honestly can't recommend hutch's to any fellow mountain bikers.

Terrible customer service. I came from out of state and my buddy and I rented two bikes to go ride the Spence Mountain Loop Trail (which is a blast) and had no noticeable problems with the bikes on our ride. When we came back to return them we were asked if there was any issues with the bikes and we told them we had not had any problems.
