One star is rounding up merely for the sake of whatever is left of humanity in modern day customer service. Horrible service; rude and condescending. Horrible repair; failed straight away. Waited over twice as long for this experience. Pathetic. Never again.
1 BMX in stock.... and $90 a hour to "try to remove a stuck crank arm" that they wouldn't even have time to look at for over a week.. (as 4 guys sit behind the counter eating pizza) ridiculous
Twice I've had them work on my son's BMX bike and even though that's not really the kind of bike they normally work on they do a great job for a totally reasonable price and even squeezed me in this last time before our vacation where my son wanted to bring his bike. They're friendly, professional, capable and resonable you really can't beat that!
very helpful reasonable pricing and extremely fast at fixing my tube and tire for my electric bike this is the go to if you want maintenance done on your bike
Staff at Hutch's Bike Shop are awesome! Set me up with a Spoke after breaking one on the trail, I didn't have time to have it changed but this will make it much easier during the work at home. Thanks Ryan for setting me up!
