Ryan was awesome! My bike fell over and wouldn't shift right anymore. He took a look, and ten minutes later I had a fixed derailleur hanger. He also took the time to look up some obscure service parts from the manufacturer for me, and helped me install a slightly fussy front + rear lighting kit. Thank you!!
Bought two bikes here years ago with annual service for life and still have the paperwork. Called recently and they refused to honor it unless it was in the slow season. They’re the only shop in the state with the bike/color I wanted, but I ended up driving to Portland and buying the wrong color just to avoid supporting this shop.
