Came from CA and rode near Klamath Falls. Ended up with rear tire blowouts on two separate Specialized bikes. Looked up bike shops in Bend and had our pick of 4 or 5 but boy am I glad we chose Hutch’s! Walked in with both bikes, had them racked up and fixed in no time. Even got some great beta on rides in the area. These guys (and women) know their stuff. And super friendly too. Will definitely stop again when we’re in Bend just to say hello!

Bend velo was closed and I needed a tube, went into hutches and immediately felt like I was inconvenience all five individuals in the store. Even though there were no other customers physically present. Okay, easy enough, we go about the business of getting the tube fixed. I start shopping the e bikes because I am in the market for one and none of the employees come over and ask if I need help or have any questions.
