They did a quick fix on my kid’s bike at no charge in about 10 minutes. Awesome!
Update 8/2025. Still awesome with great service. Fast friendly service with everything you need for biking. Entire shop was clean and organized with tons of different bikes. Accessories and techs were available for repairs, plus it's open Sundays. They also have a great website and offer bike rentals. Prices were fair. Overall great locally owned bike shop.
One star is rounding up merely for the sake of whatever is left of humanity in modern day customer service. Horrible service; rude and condescending. Horrible repair; failed straight away. Waited over twice as long for this experience. Pathetic. Never again.
1 BMX in stock.... and $90 a hour to "try to remove a stuck crank arm" that they wouldn't even have time to look at for over a week.. (as 4 guys sit behind the counter eating pizza) ridiculous
