I bought a candy bar and when I opened it I noticed it had melted and then cooled. I tried to exchange it for a proper one and was refused. The staff said the temperature of the store causes this and was of no help. He wouldn’t even let me try to see if another was correct. Beyond that I was not allowed a refund for the damaged food. In all it’s very disappointing that a company operates like this.
