Honestly hard to rate them because they are all awfully slow and outdated but this has to be the worst hutch in Oklahoma. 10 ppl behind the counter with 1 person ringing ppl up, line almost to the back of the store everyday. pumps barely read cards and never have receipt paper so have to go in and stand in like for 15 minutes to get a receipt copy
So I had a bit of a rough experience here last night, and I did leave a one star review... then I reached out to the corporate office, and first thing this morning I got a email back, after reading the email I swiftly deleted my negative review... I was only expecting a generic email like "thanks for your concern" or something to that effect. But one of the Hutchinsons took time out of her day to respond to my complaint and talk to me about it, and address the situation at hand. I truly believe that the Hutchinsons truly car... read more
