Office workers always took care of any problems, love living here!!!
Management here has been excellent. They are always so helpful and very quick to get things done. I highly recommend Hutchison Place.
Rent is extremely expensive for the quality of the units. They are very basic in style and appliances. Clubhouse is constantly unlocked so it feels very unsecure. However, the local police do patrol the grounds day and night so the parking lots fell pretty safe. The pool is always cold unless it's in the 90's outdoors. Dog owners not cleaning up poop is also an issue throughout the community. There are PLENTY of pet waste stations. The cinema is a decent perk, the gym is average. i feel like some services have fallen off , like mowing and lawncare . the grass areas look bad compared to previous years . also do we allow tenants to do major projects on their cars? lots of oil stains and parts left around . otherwise i love living here! the people ,staff, and area are great!
