The neighbors are very inconsiderate. They chain smoke on balconies and make it impossible to enjoy your own space. We’ve had things on by our front door stolen before. Pretty disappointing
Beautiful place, everything works, the leasing manager and assistant manager have been helpful.
Relocate in 2024. I have encountered persistent issues with my neighbors. Management consistently disregards our requests for assistance in resolving these problems. The issues include animal waste, excessive noise (loud music exceeding 11 pm on weeknights), and individuals parking on the sidewalk and verbally confronting anyone who dares to walk between their vehicles and the building.
