I cannot thank HBW enough for how they saved us when we were in a bind. July 4th weekend we had a lot of guests and our pontoon was malfunctioning. Due to the fact that we are on an island, a mode of transportation was necessary, specifically a boat. Outstanding service and staff! I began my annual vacation with a failed starter. My family traveled 5 hours to A Bay hoping we could have our boat repaired when we arrived. I have nothing but great things to say about HBW service. On a Sunday in June, we had an underwater hit to our bravo 1 outdrive in Pennsylvania. We hauled it to HBW on the Wednesday following Sunday, and that day they assessed the damaged and ordered new bravo 1 outdrive and transom kit. Parts arrived within a week and they began work as soon as they could. They professionally dealt with our insurance company and kept us in the loop the whole time. Let me begin this by saying that I am up here from Maryland to fish on my boat. I had an issue with my motor like a misfire on Tuesday afternoon. I dropped the boat off at HBW that evening, called as soon as they opened and said they would try to get my boat checked out that day, they did get it checked out but didn’t call me until after they “fixed it”.
