We had a fabulous getaway! The hotel and grounds are clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. Every staff member exemplifies true hospitality and outstanding customer service — it was so refreshing and made our stay even more enjoyable. Lynn went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special. We can’t wait to come back!
This is a beautiful hotel, with beautiful views and fantastic employees. From the valet, restaurant, front desk, housekeepers, you won't find nicer staff anywhere else. You're always greeted with a warm and welcoming smile and they eager to help. The food and drinks are delicious. I really can't say enough about how much I love this place.
Please ignore these reviews and don’t make the same mistake I did. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely unacceptable and completely ruined my girlfriend’s birthday. The room had cockroaches, which was disgusting and completely unsanitary, and when we reported it, the staff were shockingly rude and dismissive instead of apologetic or helpful.
