We could not have asked for a better experience for closing on our refinance. Roy was super friendly, explained everything thoroughly in language we could understand (no over complicated legal speech), and went out of his way to show us ways we would be able to get reimbursement for a few items during our loan process. One of which he reimbursed us himself after tracking down our previous title insurance documentation. I highly recommend Roy and plan to use him in the future should the need arise!
