I’m so blessed to have met Helen from Hutchinson Legal. They helped my mother draft up her Will and were so kind and supportive. They have been so understanding with me and patient while explaining everything and answering my questions. A shoutout to the amazing reception team too, especially Tristan, your beautiful personality shines through that phone and I appreciate everything Justine did for me also. After my latest interaction with Hutchinson Legal, I must fully retract my previous review. The blatant disregard for my time and urgent needs is unprecedented. The lack of response to my calls and emails is both shocking and deeply disappointing. To add insult to injury, the quote I received for merely sending a letter was higher than what I paid for my mother's will! When I first time saw a Contract of Sale, I was shocked and felt completely overwhelmed: how could I read a 100-page document and understand it. Then I found a lawyerconveyancing web site which offers rich information and eventually it referred me to Hutchinson Legal. For the most basic case, I had a terrible experience with Mr. Ryan at the Hutchinson office. He charged me $550 for a 1 hour consultation and $740 for 3 hours of letter writing. He was aware that I did not have much time to waste, but he did nothing for 12 days and did not even compose a letter. Their staff returned my $740, after 12 days and took $550 for a consultation, and did nothing else.
