We hired Mr. Anderson for custody proceedings. Initially, his response time and communication were excellent. However, he spent a lot of billable hours preparing for a district court trial that never happened, while neglecting the scheduled JDR court preparations. On the actual JDR date, he had no parenting plan ready and offered almost no rebuttal to opposing counsel. That resulted in a meaningful loss of parenting time and unexpected costs. These are my experiences and observations.

The worst GAL experience ever. She had noted and recorded facts that could prove ill insight and negligence that aligned with a maligned agenda from the other party and chose hearsay.
