We hired Mr. Anderson for custody proceedings. Initially, his response time and communication were excellent. However, he spent a lot of billable hours preparing for a district court trial that never happened, while neglecting the scheduled JDR court preparations. On the actual JDR date, he had no parenting plan ready and offered almost no rebuttal to opposing counsel. That resulted in a meaningful loss of parenting time and unexpected costs. These are my experiences and observations.
We hired Mr. Anderson to handle a divorce and child custody case, with the clear understanding that securing a proper custody arrangement was our absolute highest priority.
