We had our car towed to Hutchinson while on vacation. Michael, our service advisor, got us squared away with a rental car and a timeline for diagnosing our issue so we could finish our vacation. We ended up needing a complete engine replacement. Michael was with us every step of the long process. He updated us at every step and advocated for us with our Extended Warranty vendor. It was a very stressful few weeks but Michael made it bearable. The tech team taking care of our car did an excellent job.
