It's a job could pay better
I worked at Hutchinsons for 3 weeks and ive made an observation about the work environment and it's nothing good. The supervisors treat you like a dog slave and yell at you demanding you to make rate despite the machines breaking down and lack of training. No matter the circumstances of why you didn't meet their expectations it'll still end up being your fault nonetheless.
