Hutchinson Cox is not a law firm I would recommend. I say this after spending lots of money (for me) to sort out CC&R enforcement on a complicated defunct HOA association issue. I was tired of paying for landscape maintenance on commonly owned property, when other owners did not participate or acknowledge any responsibility. The first attorney I hired led me to believe the CC&Rs were enforceable in regard to landscape maintenance, even though the HOA was “defunct”.
