We have experienced fantastic care at the clinic, both for my husband and my son. However, we are extremely upset about the financial side of things. My son had ear tubes placed and his adenoids removed and we received a large bill. I was told multiple times that I was approved for a payment plan and to await a packet in the mail - most recently maybe 2 weeks ago when they called to confirm my husband’s ssn? I assured them I could make the payments and was, in return, assured I wouldn’t be taken to collections - guess what??... read more
