We have experienced fantastic care at the clinic, both for my husband and my son. However, we are extremely upset about the financial side of things. My son had ear tubes placed and his adenoids removed and we received a large bill. I was told multiple times that I was approved for a payment plan and to await a packet in the mail - most recently maybe 2 weeks ago when they called to confirm my husband’s ssn? WARNING! Do not use this office. The Dr is good his staff was good but the administration is a bit of a scam along with the billing department that was set up by the admin. When you don’t have insurance they want a card immediately to bill that’s fine. My total was $156. For a preventative check that’s also fine. A month later I receive a bill for over $230 so I call and billing department says that they needed to adjust my account so I’m thinking, okay it’s a mistake and going to be taken care of.
