I brought my vehicle in for a noise in the engine that I thought sounded weird. When I picked it up, the mechanic and receptionist told me that they had found the cause of the noise and that it was the internal bearings in the engine and that it would be best for me to replace the entire engine and asked if I wanted them to price one out for me. I had to make a trip from another community so I can access their services. The stay was scheduled for 4 hours. I was not given the option to stay to wait at the shop (which had seating). I was dropped off at one location where I sat for a bit, then made it over to another, did the same, and then walked some distance to another for lunch. It was a damp, wet day that had a mist, that was almost a rain, that made your clothes wet. You can feel it in your bones. (Especially if you have issues). I had my seasonal tire change here. The receptionist is very professional and welcoming. The mechanic who did my tires was very personable and explained issues in a comprehensive manner. I would definitely return to Hutchinsons for any work needed on my vehicles going forward. A suggestion would be a road side sign to help finding the bussiness.
