Tried to upsell a front end alignment that wasn’t needed for my truck. While in the waiting room I asked around and most everyone said they too were told they needed an alignment. I didn’t get an alignment based on the fact that my truck drives great and I didn’t believe the dealership. Plus it was nearly $200 just for an oil change and windshield wipers. I will not be back to the dealership.
