Been using Hutchins for two years and their work is always top notch — they don’t miss appointments and their work is efficient and thorough. It’s a family business and they seem to take pride in it. Today their two sons came out to fix a broken sprinkler head and made the extra effort to clean out and replace some tubing, put in a more efficient head, and position it for best coverage. Rates are reasonable, too. I recommend them, you wont regret it!

Jon came by and we discussed the work involved in a Spring clean out which included trimming shrubs and grasses around the house, clean out leaves in our very large front garden and then applying mulch. Our large natural area was needed to be blown off and covered with pine straw. Finally, I requested that they grade our rock driveway and add stone where required. Jon's crew showed up and did a just outstanding job implementing Jon's plan - these guys know what they are doing. I recommend them highly.

For someone who lives next to a yard that Hutchins maintains, they are extremely messy. They blow their debris through the fence into our garden. We ask politefully each week for them to be respectful and not blow brush into our yard. We are told that “its only a few leaves” and that “its not a big deal.” It is extremely frustrating to have to pick up the mess they blow into our garden week after week.

I called Hutchins for maintenance after having a sub-optimal experience with another group, and the difference has been nothing short of amazing - especially considering cost was comparable. Very professional, knowledgeable, they show up when they say they will, and they make my property look great. I've also used Hutchins for a few landscaping projects, and same results - professional, delivered as promised, and results look great. Highly recommended.
