Don’t move here, management does not care about these apartments or the people occupying them. I get notices to renew my lease but I work from 9-7 the office is supposed to be opened at 8 and never is. I’ve gotta off early to make it by 6pm and the offices is always closed before 6. Loved the service Ms. Smith provided the process was stop and go but I finally got in Had a some Roach issues but I kinda did my own Roach treatment had a few maintenance issues but I dissolved them myself still haven’t Gotten my mailbox key they’re working on that and my breezeway plus stairs are a bit messy and smelly But my biggest issue is my upstairs neighbor whom allows their kids to just stomp run all through the day and Highly at night I’ve had to go up there a couple times throughout the night out my sleep like and ... read more
This is what i have to see everyday in my breezeway ( i have more pictures BUT i my computer is actn crazy and won't allow me to upload ).. how is FOOD is coming from inside the apartment and all the way down the hallway. Not to mention the smell of dogs AND their poop coming from the apartment ( AND THEY BARK ALL DAY AND NIGHT ) . YEPPPP, this goes on in building 3 !!!!!!
