I have been coming to Hutchings Autoworks for about 2 years and each experience is totally worth it considering I come from Virginia for Saab service which is always solid trusting service as well as all other makes as their integrity to service is most notable. As a member of the Saab Mob, I would take my car to no other Saab Specialists. However, James and his team are professionals all around and can handle any type of car, not just Saabs. Very thorough and just as important, very reasonable!!
Sam has helped us greatly with our 2003 Saab. We're so thankful to have found him.
The cost was double the estimate but that can happen. They test drove it they said but I heard the noise while driving away, right away. A hubcap fell off and luckily I had the window down and heard it before it got run over. When I called them about the sound persisting, they wanted to charge me to look at it again. I won't be back...three strikes in one visit. A waste of time and money.
Sam did a great job of taking care of our sabb! If you need a good auto mechanic who works on foreign cars he's the guy! Thanks Sam!
